Pumpkin Pudding
Ingredients:
4 small pumpkin 2 cups toasted bread cube
1 small onion 3 cloves garlic
1 cup ricotta 2 eggs
2 tablespoons oil Salt to your liking
Preparation:
The pumpkins are cleaned, boiled slightly and drained. In addition, the onion and garlic are finely chopped and mixed with the rest of the ingredients. A broiler pan is oiled, the preparation is poured into it and cooked in a moderate oven until browned, served hot.
