Cream Onion
Ingredients:
6 medium onions 2 tablespoons cottage cheese
A few drops of lemon juice 1 teaspoon chopped oregano
½ cup pure milk cream salt to your liking
Preparation:
The onions are cleaned and boiled in water with the salt until tender. They are drained, put in a fountain and covered with the following sauce: whipped cream with a little salt, oregano, ricotta and lemon drops.
