For some time i don't feel like a freak being on a special diet. Maybe it's fashion, but thanks to it, I can finally eat a dinner with friends or eat something on the way home when I come back late.
Every day, after about 1.5 years, the experience, it's even better! On the picture you can see my sample of menu, which I can do at home, from easily available ingredients in stores.
Although my limitations are not only about gluten or dairy, thanks to a specially prepared for me diet, I'm not only looking better, but I know when I can afford small, sinful food without consequences;)
