Usually, I never want someone to fail or get embarrassed over anything. But sometimes a few people need those slaps in the face badly so they can learn from those mistakes and never repeat them, and realise to amend themselves. People learn from their own experience, if not from a third party's observations.
Recently, I have been sharing tons of corporate rants, right? Actually, I'm hooked so deep that, let alone balancing work and life, I can't even balance work and life properly. Struggling with the tasks, during the day I just procrastinate the whole time, and at night I somehow manage to get them done because I need to present at the next morning standup. That's how it's been going on, end-to-end scheduled.
So, coming from the beginning, why was I acting like that? Some people are always running with a mentality of pointing fingers at others; even when it's on me to take the blame, that guy will look for ways to delegate the blame and take unnecessary sympathy. So a similar guy, with no hands-on experience with the roots, kinda lectures big on the surface level; that's been what he has been doing for months. But everything changed when he was placed on maintaining a pipeline straight from the roots; now he is perplexed. Now he is experiencing the real troubles, seeing the limitations and hardships in managing the logic and all of it simultaneously. In team meetings, he finds it hard to tackle the questions; these are the very same tricky ones that he used to do, but now, facing those, he dodges them at full throttle and gets low on energy and frustrated.

Isn't there a proverb that says, "It's easier to say, harder to do?" So far, he did the same, as he sees himself in a shithole now, getting back into his senses, behaving like. The fun part is, both of our products correlate; failure of mine will cause restrictions on his side as well, so he is always in search of issues, just to throw in our way and later blame the team and move on. So many times, the bugs he came up with aren't the bug; it's just his lack of sense to confirm or give.
Now seeing him get stuck, errors, and all kinda gives me temporary happiness because he kinda troubled me a lot due to these. Right now, I am acting like the chill guy, completing my day-long tasks one by one in given time and following the instructions. Trying to be obidient and less prone to conflicts with others.
When I started writing this draft was weeks ago from now, and wriitng this conclusion after almost two weeks, tonight at 3.00 AM. Things got changed, took a long turn, im gonna act polite and calm. Things got heated up a lot, im getting in conflicts, at the end of the day I must survive on this job. What happened? maybe will talk on that some other day...
The ending got turned 180 degree. See you another day. Till then, keep me in your prayers. Have a great day.
