Winter is here! Not at its fullest but it is spreading its presence. Already getting that cold atmosphere, not exactly at home or inside the city. But at nights when we tend to go outside the city crowd to have a calm environment we can feel the presence of it pretty well. So that's the time when we feel the winter mostly now. Also the last few days I had to wake up early in the morning and then I felt that cold at its fullest from my bed, I have already got my blankets for the light cold and I feel amazing being inside that. I am a lazy type of person and winter makes me super lazy.
This is the reason I repeat, this is the reason for our ride outside the city. These are the cups of tea prepared with cow's milk. Usually, these tea stalls look too old, not so well decorated, don't have good furniture or enough spacious indoor seating options. These are usually found on a village market, under a big tree with a lot of space around the tea stall under the open sky and that was never a problem for us. You can go and arrange the long benches as you guys are comfortable and start talking the way you want. You can chill with your friends with loud voices, sing songs, or the general gossip being carefree of the surroundings. Inside the town, you won't get such freedom there as those indoor ones are usually said to behave politely, yet we do have some dedicated places that give us the same vibe but I am coming on that later.
So these local tea stalls aren't expensive at all. A cup of tea would cost you around 12 cents, just this much for a normal tea at these kinda tea stalls. A normal cup with the basic ingredients of tea, that's it, no more extra decorations or anything and their taste are just amazing, you can't have any complaints, not with its taste nor with the price. And we don't even have any complaints about its overall setup too as we prefer a change outside the usual ones we get around. Few friends and a sip in that cup with thousands of words being carefree of the world, open your heart and have fun with your friends that's what we do want mostly.
Let's move on to the fancy ones, these are available in our city, that postponed ones are going to be revealed now. The picture I have added above is named "Special Malai Cha", special tea in general for your understanding. These are around 70 cents per cup. Five to six times more than the normal ones. It has many ingredients along with the normal tea, varieties of ingredients for the different types of tea a customer desires, full of decorations on top of them too. These ones are also special as their name goes, feel great to taste, and have some different experiences to gather. But you can't really have these every day, a special one will lose its specialty if It's taken on a daily basis. In that case, the normal ones are a pretty good one to go with.
Tea has turned into a part and parcel of our daily life here, we prefer it into our conversations or as our companions being alone. Whatever the reasons are, a cup of tea is always preferable. It has varieties now, depending on its taste, zest and places. Different people with different priorities but the basics of it hold a great emotion into ourselves.
