A common question to face every today or tomorrow is, "How's life going?" and there is also a very common answer, "Alhamdulillah good, what about you?" Almost most of us use something like this in response. How good are we? If we put them on a scale which one is gonna be heavier? Your good portion of the other end is where things like depression, anxiety, frustration, anger, etc lie.
In my case undoubtedly the second portion will be heavier, so I can't comment about the others as we normally prefer to be conservative. Usually, we don't open ourselves to everyone, Everything got its own time, preference, and space of comfort to open.
We both are friends, you called for a reason, and at the starting, you asked me about how I was doing, I will surely go with the shortcut answer that is good because I know you don't have that time or intention right now to concentrate on my answer. But trust me, if you sit beside me, and ask questions gently like a healer, I might end up sharing the slightest details about any troubles around me. We all need that comfort zone to unfold us, not many get it easily.
So again, "How's life going?"
"Alhamdulillah good, what about you?"
