Conflicts can arise from a tiny spark and set a wildfire. The more you ignore a sparkling and let it lit the more fuel you add to it by this action and make things worse. Whenever we see conflicts among us we should take steps to minimize them, the first step may be staying silent from one side, or maybe with soft gestures. If both parties get equally mad then that's a gone case. Also, you can't leave a conflict for eternity as it won't help to get things better if not the necessary steps are taken.

Recently, I just realized that I had conflicts with many of my friends, some of them are totally disconnected from my life and some of them are back on track. Wait, I am not a boy of quarrel, I just prefer straightforward judgments which often become unpleasant for many and that's the problem I think. But this is me and I prefer to stay as I am. So how come many are back on the track and some aren't? That's the reason for ignorance, ego, importance, and lack of gestures that lead to this result.

Lemme start with the incident I had with my best friend. Do best friends never have conflicts with us? I guess they too can have conflicts that can arise between any relationships, right? That's what my experience is so far or I may be wrong in this sense. One wild thought to add from what I feel is that all the best relations go through conflicts and survive through the storms and that's why they are called the best.

So last time when I had a conflict with my best friend due to an unnecessary judgemental debate, we had to stop our communication for nearly one month. The pair which does not go one day without talking stayed away for such a long time and paved their separate ways too for everything. The fuel was our ego, ignorance, and lack of gesture that kept continuing the conflict. All of a sudden, we don't know what worked between us. A little gesture like, "what's up?" broke that barrier and minimized the conflict. Within no time we forgot what happened between us and moved on like best buddies.. That little gesture solved it all, it took a long time but when it happened and everything faded away at that moment.

If I move to those conflicts that are not solved yet is the reason for the lack of that gesture. Since the time we parted our ways, we never felt the urge to minimize them, maybe because of the lost importance and that's why no gesture was shown and the conflict is still there.

My dad had conflicts with his elder brother, the usual family conflicts that most of us can relate to but that's their problem, it didn't affect much on the relationship between we cousins. We always had good communications and still, we have. It's on us that we possess good gestures between us instead of carrying the hatred which resulted in today's harmony within us.

So conflicts are easy to arise, it's on us how best we can manage that conflict and minimize it. The long we take the harder it gets but with proper gestures it can be solved very easily.
