Fruits and Vegetable Smoothie
Hello everyone Let's go to make fruit and vegetable juice drinks together.
The wester in Thailand is very hot, I got an idea to make something fresh and cold and I went to the market and I saw all the fruits and vegetables that looked like they were all eaten. So I have idea to make a fruit and vegetable smoothie. So I came to cook by myself. I really like it.
I got oranges, carrots, purple carrots, beetroots, grapes, dragon fruit, lemons, and celery I cut everything into small pieces. and then put it in a blender with a little ice Add a little pink salt and blended together
The fruit and vegetable smoothie tastes very good. drink and refresh And also make it healthy as well I really love it.
