Scones spread over with coconut fat, a sprinkle of himalayan salt and topped with homemade Aquafaba Aioli alternatively Ajvar, and some finely chopped red Spanish onion, a slice of tomato, freshly grinded black pepper, half of a calamata olive and finished, finally eh, with a small coating of basil pesto.
