You really think that I will let you grow on the account of me. I do all the work. I make the ship run smooth, and you are getting all the credit. Sorry for ya. I am leaving. I got another job offer. They are paying me more money and giving me credit where credit is due.
How can an individual think that someone can be used forever? This is the problem with upper management. They don’t take the right care for their staff. It makes people not want to work for them. They need to put themselves in our shoes. Maybe do an undercover boss assignment. Maybe then they will see how things really are.
