Greetings everyone!
All the business owners actually need the labor or staff to handle their business and also to save time of the owner in exchange of money. Many staff are doing work from home and earning money while some are going on duty every single day which also makes the difference of the amount in their salaries. But every work is different work from home takes lot of mental stress and need to stay on screen whole day with lot of screen time. And on the other side physical work takes lot of body pain and work to earn money.
Actually now people will start comparing both the things in their mind and they will say that work from home is actually very easy as compare to physical work. But people won't understand that if some thing have positive side then it will also be negative side. No work is easy either physical not mental. Everything takes lot of efforts and when you do work from home it take lot of discipline you have to sit against the screen until your work in not ended or you report to your manager. And there are actually no delays in that.
As we all know but nowadays there is lot and lot of competition in every job people are there always around you who are better. So you have to become some one who can really do well and no one can replace you or compete you. But in the upcoming years technology has changes a lot and still many things will change more. So the question is that work from home should be grow more or it should be saturated and people should start working physical. Well if you ask any business owner they will ask you for physical work.
As labor and staff or any job person are working under the business owner. And if someday my staff says I will work from home then it's almost impossible for me to manage my business. Staff are the main role of the business every owner knows that without staff no one can do business. They are actually the blood if they won't be there a owner could never carry his whole business on his shoulder alone. Even I know how I am handling it every day I am fighting with lot of tensions and unexpected problems.
So even in future people should stay in front of the manager or business owner and work in front of eyes. And of course when the seats are full filled for work from home people will no longer have choice to work physically. If you want to earn money you have to do regular jobs, unless you are some engineer or something which company really need your work. Even I am not allowing my staff to do work from home as my all work is from e-commerce selling and online business. We need to seat against the screen whole day still I call them to office place. Physical work is way more different then work from home.
