Polish Mountains’ Diadem is a challenge that requires climbing 80 peaks, in all mountain ranges across the country. By default any range’s highest peak is on the list. However, many peaks from the challenge are little known, located “at the end of the world”.

I climbed 6 mountains from the Diadem today. One I had done last year. Another - had heard of it. But the remaining four - I hadn’t known they existed. It’s fun finding them on a map, planning the route and…. squeeze 6 into one, short winter day. Speaking of which - all three pics have been taken today. Look how different the weather and light can in mountains more or less on the same area (had to drive 45kn between two clusters of my todays peaks.
