I would like to take a minute to share with you my first ever sweet potato harvest.
It isn't that great of a "haul", but like I said this was my very first season growing sweet potatoes. It actually came out better than I expected, what with my limited knowledge in growing potatoes. We planted the potatoes late spring/early summer and they have been curing since Sunday 24.09.
I can't wait to dig into my harvest!
This all came from one little hill.
