Its been anther crazy week this week and i'd like to finish it off by saying another massive thank you to everyone who has supported me, offered both advice and encouragement since I have started, there have been so many and my thanks goes out to all of you but in particular:
@simplymike
@beeyou
@michelnilles
@ocd
@newbiersteemday
@macchiata
@curie
If i have forgotten anyone it is purely because the acceptance and support i have enjoyed since i started here on steemit has been both humbling and inspirational. Your kindness has made me want to try harder, focus better and produce more. Rest assured that one day I will support the next generation of steemians and the cycle will go on. If we could all just be a little kinder to each other every day the world would be a much beter place. Take care and i will see you all next week. In the meantime i hope you will enjoy....
For the hot dog i used Aldi roasted cauliflower and cumin sausages but you can use whatever vegan sausages you have locally.
Roast your sausages separately and meanwhile make your chili. I don't think a proper recipe for this is appropriate because i always think a good vegan chili uses up what you have left in the fridge, that's the beauty of it.
Make sure you use plenty of cumin, negate the acidity of the tomatoes with a little sugar or stevia and spice it up with fresh coriander, lime juice and Garam masala. Finish off your hot dog with some fried onions and a good hit of grated vegan cheese.
