Para la actividad de estiramientos, movilidad, flexibilidad invite a unas amigas, asi se animaba mas mi hija y se sentía mas comprometida, y veía la actividad como algo mas serio. Inicie la clase con unos ejercicios de movilidad, poco a poco calentando hasta llegar a la flexibilidad, finalmente la relajación pasamos un buen tiempo, al final disfrutamos de un te de Jamaica para finalizar la clase. Sigo diseñando actividades para mantener activa a mi hija en vacaciones.

I’m sticking with the vacation plan I designed especially for my teenage daughter—it’s so hard to keep a teenager active during vacation. I even took time off from work because I honestly didn’t know what to do, and I didn’t want her to be glued to her phone all day. I had to come up with a subtle way to gradually get her involved in the activities, since you really have to know how to talk to these teenagers—otherwise, they just get even more rebellious. I know many moms will understand what I mean. Well, we also had our little dog with us, who was a bit of a handful at first—he just wanted to be the center of attention and be petted all the time. But since I know him, I realized this was just him marking his territory and letting everyone know he’s the favorite. Eventually, he got over it and even joined us in class 🤣🤣🤣
For the stretching, mobility, and flexibility session, I invited some friends over—that way, my daughter was more motivated and felt more committed, and she took the activity more seriously. I started the class with some mobility exercises, gradually warming up until we moved on to flexibility, and finally relaxation—we had a great time. At the end, we enjoyed some hibiscus tea to wrap up the class. I’m still coming up with activities to keep my daughter active during vacation.
