Hola, feliz martes a todos los amigos de la comunidad de Foodies Bee Hive, espero estén muy bien, para esta oportunidad les mostraré como preparé unos deliciosos helados caseros de galletas dulces, son muy fáciles de hacer, quedan cremosos, lo ideal es hacerlo en licuadora, pero yo lo realice con batidor de globo, para que vean que no hay limitantes para prepararlos, también son super refrescantes ideales para estos días calurosos.

Hello, happy Tuesday to all the friends of the Foodies Bee Hive community, I hope you are well, for this opportunity I will show you how I prepared some delicious homemade sweet cookie ice creams, they are very easy to make, they are creamy, the ideal is to do it in blender, but I made it with a balloon whisk, so you can see that there are no limitations to preparing them, they are also super refreshing, ideal for these hot days.

Deliciosos Helados Caseros de Galletas Dulces 🍦

Ingredientes

100 gr de galletas dulces
100 gr de leche
1 litro de agua
1 cucharada de vainilla
2 cucharadas de azúcar

Delicious Homemade Sweet Cookie Ice Cream 🍦

Ingredients

100 gr of sweet cookies
100 gr of milk
1 liter of water
1 spoon of vanilla
2 tablespoons of sugar

Paso a Paso

Paso 1

Para comenzar vamos a hacer la leche, para ello colocamos en un recipiente el agua junto con la leche en polvo y mezclamos muy bien con el batidor de globo.

Step 1

To begin, we are going to make the milk. To do this, we place the water together with the milk powder in a container and mix very well with the balloon whisk.

Paso 2

Una vez lista la leche, agregamos la vainilla y el azúcar, mezclamos bien.

Step 2

Once the milk is ready, add the vanilla and sugar, mix well.

Paso 3

Seguidamente vamos a agregar las galletas, dejamos remojando por 5 minutos, luego con el batidor de globo, mezclamos muy bien y listo para preparar los helados.

Next we are going to add the cookies, let them soak for 5 minutes, then with the balloon whisk, we mix very well and ready to prepare the ice creams.

Paso 4

En este paso vamos a agregar, (con una medida 3/4 de taza aproximadamente) la mezcla con las galletas a la bolsa para helados, amarramos y damos la siguiente forma.

Step 4

In this step we are going to add (with a measure of approximately 3/4 cup) the mixture with the cookies to the ice cream bag, tie it and shape it as follows.

Paso 5

Por último llevamos al congelador, hasta que endurezcan y listo para degustar.

Step 5

Finally we put it in the freezer, until it hardens and is ready to taste.
