Feliz y bendecido martes tengan todos los amigos de Hive en la comunidad de gems, es un gusto compartir con ustedes, en este dia quiero compartirles está fotografía de frutas y verduras, el cual compré hace unos días.

Happy and blessed Tuesday to all Hive friends in the gems community, it is a pleasure to share with you, on this day I want to share this photograph of fruits and vegetables, which I bought a few days ago.

Cómo todos saben, agregar frutas y verduras a nuestra dieta diaria es de suma importancia, ellas nos aporta vitaminas y minerales necesarias para el organismo y para el buen funcionamiento del mismo mismo, la verdad todas las frutas y verduras me encantan, pero claro, no podemos comprar todas al mismo tiempo, principalmente debido a los costos, en esta oportunidad pude comprar fresas, melocotón, manzana roja y verde, guayaba, peras, tomate de árbol, también puede comprar cebolla, pepino, pimentón, calabacín, brócoli, lechuga, entre otros.

As you all know, adding fruits and vegetables to our daily diet is of utmost importance, they provide us with vitamins and minerals necessary for the body and for its proper functioning, the truth is I love all fruits and vegetables, but of course, we cannot buy them all at the same time, mainly due to costs, this time I was able to buy strawberries, peaches, red and green apples, guava, pears, tree tomatoes, I can also buy onions, cucumbers, bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli, lettuce, among others.

Todo estaba listo en el mesón para retirar de la bolsa, lavar y guardar en la nevera, aquí tengo material más o menos para una semana en casa.

Everything was ready on the counter to remove from the bag, wash and store in the fridge, here I have material for more or less a week at home.
