Hello everyone!!!
This time I bring you a classic of Venezuelan desserts, the Cake 3 Milks, which honestly is very easy to make since its base is a simple cake to make.
Ingredients:
Biscuit.
10 eggs
350 grams of sugar or 1 3/4 cup of sugar.
350 grams of wheat flour or 2 3/4 cup of wheat flour.
Vanilla to taste.
Lemon zest.
3 Milks
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of evaporated milk
1 can of pastry cream.
Meringue.
3 egg whites
6 tablespoons of sugar.
Water needed
Preparation.
Preheat the oven to 350º.
Aply butter and flour the mold.
Beat egg whites until sigh point. Reserve.
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until cream, add the wheat flour, vanilla, lemon zest and finally the whites with enveloping movements.
Pour the mixture into the mold and place in the oven for 35 minutes, after which it is tested with a stick and if it comes out dry it is ready. Let rest. Unmold.
Prepare the 3 milks, beating them in beater or blender.
Puncture the cake many times so that it can absorb the 3 milks.
For the meringue sugar is placed in a pot and added to cover or wet the sugar. Cook. When it starts to boil it goes out and reserves.
Beat the egg whites to the point of sighing and add the sirop in the form of thread, continue beating until the container cools. You can add a flavor of your preference.
Decorate the cake. Take to the fridge.
