I like that and it will be a wonderful intention for my Saturday. Take a look around.
Look out the window.
Walk down the street.
What do you see?
Palm trees, sand, beach?
Mountains, lakes and rivers?
Garbage?
Shards?
Dog shit?
Overcrowded trash cans?
Construction sites?
Emergency services drive around?
Now look inside.
What do you see?
Are there hardly any thoughts?
Do you have peace and clarity in you?
Or are you restless, thoughts flooded?
Do you have fears or doubts?
You carry all this to the outside and thus form your own environment.
You create the world in which you live, so you could say it, yourself.
But even the holiest is hardly spared from the extent of destruction. Let us remember that the plastic is eaten by animals and they die because of it, hello plastic world. While their body decomposes, the plastic remains there for up to 400 years.
All thanks to the mind of humans, who created a industrial masterpiece.
For coughs and colds there is a medicine instead of simply resting, reflecting and meditating.
But look into yourself and then out of your window and recognize the pollution.

Lixeiras superlotadas?
Canteiros de obras?
Os serviços de emergência circulam por aí?
Agora olhe para dentro.
O que você vê?
Quase não há pensamentos?
Você tem paz e clareza em você?
Ou você está inquieto, os pensamentos estão inundados?
Você tem medos ou dúvidas?
Levam tudo isso para o exterior e assim formam o vosso próprio ambiente.
Você cria o mundo em que você vive, para poder dizê-lo, você mesmo.
Mas mesmo o mais santo não é poupado da extensão da destruição. Recordemos que o plástico é comido pelos animais e eles morrem por causa dele, olá mundo plástico. Enquanto seu corpo se decompõe, o plástico permanece lá por até 400 anos.
Tudo graças à mente dos humanos, que criaram uma obra-prima industrial.
Para tosses e resfriados há um remédio em vez de simplesmente descansar, refletir e meditar.
Mas olhe para dentro de si mesmo e depois para fora da sua janela e reconheça a poluição.

Ich finde das eine wunderbare Einleitung in meinen Samstag Fokus. Schaut euch um.
Schaut aus dem Fenster.
Geht die Straße entlang.
Was seht ihr?
Müll?
Scherben?
Hundescheiße?
überfüllte Mülleimer?
Baustellen?
Notdienste umher fahren?
Nun schaut nach innen.
Was seht ihr?
Sind kaum Gedanken da?
Habt ihr Ruhe und Klarheit in euch?
Oder seit ihr rastlos, Gedanken überflutet?
Habt ihr Ängste oder Zweifel?
All das trägt man nach außen und bildet sich somit sein eigenes Umfeld.
Du erschaffst die Welt in der du lebst sozusagen selbst.
Doch selbst der Heiligste bleibt von den Ausmaßen der Zerstörung kaum verschont. Bedenken wir, dass das Plastik von Tieren gefressen wird und diese daran sterben, hello plastic world. Während ihr Körper sich zersetzt, bleibt das Plastik bis zu 400 Jahre noch vorhanden.
Alles dank dem Verstand des Menschen, welcher industrielle Meisterleistung schreibt.
Bei Husten und Schnupfen gibt es ein Medikament, anstatt sich einfach mal auszuruhen, zu reflektieren und zu meditieren.
Doch schaue selbst in dich hinein und dann aus deinem Fenster hinaus und erkenne die Verschmutzung.
