En estos días que podemos pasar por momentos que no queremos hacer mucho, esta salsa nos aliviará las cargas. Es tan sencilla como este post, rápido y de gran ayuda . En esta oportunidad tenia solo cinco tomates, vuelve a mi mente la jerga, refrán o dicho que no hay quinto malo. Los coloqué en una olla y los deje hasta que desprendieron la piel, concha, podemos utilizar al licuar un poquito de esa piel.

Tenía una mitad de cebolla y la coloqué en el sarten a sofreír con un poquito de aceite, solo pasar una servilleta con aceite al sarten, para hacer llorar a la cebolla, pero de alegría.

Al tener los tomates blandos y la cebolla, colocamos en la licuadora con 4 tazas del agua donde mismo sancochamos los tomates, una pizca de sal. Al licuar vamos a pasar nuestra preparación de nuevo a la olla hasta que espese a nuestro gusto. Me encanta esta salsa, es muy rendidora y la siento tan natural. Con una o dos cucharadas que coloquemos a los espaguetis...Listo.
No olvides ese toque final de colocar queso al gusto.
When the tomatoes are soft and the onion is soft, we put them in the blender with 4 cups of the water from which we boiled the tomatoes, a pinch of salt. When blending, we will pass our preparation back to the pot until it thickens to our liking. I love this sauce, it is very productive and it feels so natural. With one or two spoonfuls that we put to the spaghetti...Ready.
Don't forget that final touch of placing cheese to taste.
