Today I will let my heart go for a walk... My heart wants to be released. From the prison of old beliefs, doubts, mistrust, guilt, and fears. It is struggling, trying to see the edge of the sky, to feel the caressing touch of the wind and... it wants to live free. I let go. True, not for the first time. And we both go. For a walk. Summer evening.
It's quiet. And the clouds are frozen, in no hurry, resting before the night journey that awaits. I turned to the park. I go and meet smiles. Many of them on the faces. Maybe other hearts are free too? Going for a walk?
People, especially youth, are sitting on the benches in the park. But older ones somehow one by one, one by one. When hearts are without bars, that solitude is so filled with moments. And kindness. Smiles. And that feeling, when people's hearts don't fit in the bodies, they fill the surrounding space and flows, flows, embraces the blades of grass, the duck family quietly sliding in the pond, the swaying willow branches, the entire park with its benches, and further and further... Stretching to embrace the earth...
A calm evening... Everything merges into a moment that weaves a path to eternity. That's how we are. Everyone is so different. But all our hearts smile.
Have you noticed how we change when summer comes? Not only are there fewer clothes, they are lighter, looser, but we ourselves are simpler, more open, warmer... The sun melts the ice of communication, smiles shine more often on faces, our gait is lighter, playfulness, and mischievousness float in the air and try to charm with their spells.
I love summer, heat, sun and... depth. In communication. In being. In books. In music. In images... And sometimes it's quite fun and easy to exchange sentences, words, phrases, laughter, and smiles. Even the rain in summer is different - without gloom, but its existential sadness does not have time to take deeper roots. The sun shines faster than it is enveloped in greyness and humidity.
You want to travel... And it doesn't matter - a trip to a distant country or the nearest meadow - you can meet something everywhere. For example... yourself. It's worth leaving your usual places for a day or two to rediscover colours, smells, touch forgotten shapes, listen to what surrounds you and what whispers in your heart with a light rustle...
All computer guys know that many system failures are easily fixed by simply rebooting the equipment. And we, you think, are different? And we need to reboot in time. Close the door and walk along the summer paths. Make eye and thought contact with a completely unfamiliar neighbour on the park bench. Oh yes - everyone has their own interesting story! Don't you believe it? Let the bright summer evening speak to you and tell you what is important to it. Listen, just listen and be.
Summer is like this - open to everyone. Only... Do I accept this? Do you accept it? Do we allow ourselves to throw off not only heavy clothes, but also thoughts that take away lightness, sparkle in our eyes, and laughter? Do we allow ourselves to simply be?
Someone around is already grumbling: summer will soon end... Don't listen! It's here! In all the charm of meadows, flowers, smells, tastes, meetings, and adventures! Throw off the heavy clothes of thoughts and go where you haven't been. Who knows where and who you will meet?
