Siomai is one of the most sought after streetfood in our area. It can be filled fully with ground meat or partly with mixed vegetables. I'd like to share a simple recipe, made only for personal consumption, not for business, as you can see the recipe consists of affordable ingredients and made with confidence and ease.
Here are all the ingredients before slicing them according to desired measurements.
And this is how it should look like after cooking. You can also try dipping a toothpick into the siomai to test if its cook or not. If the mixture still sticks onto the toothpick, then it is still uncooked.
You can create your own siomai sauce by mixing a calamansi juice, chili and soy sauce. And everything will be perfect! Enjoy!
As I'm so in love with photography and already had have various collections of #animals , #nature , #plants , #foods , #travel , #sunsets , #sunrise , and so much more, I want to share all of them for the world to see how so blessed we are to still have the chance to get hold of them and take a good look at them. We may have seen them everyday but what's the great things when it comes to God's creation was that it stays unique on each of every days.
I hope to see one of yours and it will be my pleasure to upvote it once seen worthy. 馃槏馃グ
Thanks for passing by and Godspeed! :)
May the force be with us.
