This Sunday we went to the same resort that I went last Sunday. The main reason was due to the local food quality over that resort. So, yesterday we ordered multiple food items not so much large in quantity. The item in the white place is called Chicken sekuwa. It is food that is prepared by cooking marinated chicken in burning charcoal. The food in the red one is called Buff Choila. This one is a traditional food of Newari culture in Nepal. The boiled beef meat is seasoned with various Nepali spices like Sichuan pepper, salt, mustard oil, ginger, garlic, onion, lemon juice and scallion.

This is spicy peanut. The ingredients used are same of the buff choila except the peanut is used in place of buff. Nepalese people are habitual of eating spicy food like that of Indian people.

This one is simple, delicious and appetizing chicken fried meat with no any spicy ingredients on it. In the small bowl is a chutney (Tomato pickle) to accompany the meat. You dipped the meat in that pickle and then have a bite. Every hotels, restaurants and resorts always have this chutney prepared and ready to be taken with other dishes. I am a big fan of all those foods.
