Strolling downtown, open-air market and wet market, and eating out with my wife.
Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. My wife and I plan to go for a walk downtown again. Naturally, this will be after we drop off our granddaughter and autistic son at school. I spent almost 30 minutes driving into downtown. Before we go for a walk, we need to get a health checkup at the district hospital. It takes about an hour.
Some areas of the hospital atmosphere, outside the Health Check-up Center building.
Then, we discharged from the hospital, strolled around the neighborhood, and popped into a few stores. But we bought something at a store. Everything in this shop is sold at the same price, featuring various everyday goods and other goods.
Afterwards, I drove my wife to a nearby open-air market to walk around and find something to eat in the late morning. It took only 4 minutes to arrive at the market.
We’ve been strolling through the outdoor market for about 30 minutes now. I'll take you to check out the vibe in a few areas first.
After that, I’ll take you out to grab something to eat with us. We bought some longkongs, glass noodle sausages, shumai, and the small pieces of grilled chicken. We also got an iced taro milk tea and an iced green tea.
We ate them for brunch in our car.
After having brunch, we walked aimlessly again and paid a visit to a wet market too. Although the atmosphere in the wet market was calm, but the shopkeepers mentioned that the crowd picks up during the evening hours. We also bought food for dinner here.
After walking around for a bit, it was getting close to noon, so we started looking for a casual spot to grab a simple lunch. We saw a small local restaurant in the alley. This time I want to eat noodle soup with pork meatballs, but my wife wants to eat chicken Khao Soi (northern Thai coconut curry noodle soup with chicken). It was another delicious lunch for us.

After lunch, we have to pick up our autistic son from school and go home. And look after him closely at home. But our granddaughter takes the school van and gets home at 3 PM. These are the stories and photos I want to share for this post. Invite everyone to see and enjoy my stories and photos. Please forgive any errors/mistakes. Have a great day. See you next time. Thank you for your support and visiting my post. Bye 🤗
