Good morning my friends, today I got for you a delicious homemade bread with no need knead and will make your people wondering where is the bakery you bought it .
I personal use this recipe here from akis petretzikis official website https://akispetretzikis.com/en/categories/pswmia-zymes/pswmi-chwris-zymwma and I am trying to create this breathe 3-4 times a month and every time I create 3-4 pieces of it so we got bread everyday of a month
A nice tip is that when you cook it you can put it at fringe and any time you want get it off fringe and let it at the oven for 20 min at 100o it will be like you just cooked it
Today I wanted to be completely like a bakery shop so I also create some small cheese pies that a bought from super market .
