My friend started promoting her new Cafe with baking courses

So every Saturday she is inviting interested parties to join her baking cakes and other delicious Japanese sweets. I took the chance that day to take some pictures and did some fake baking.. (I just put the cake into the oven ;)

I was there to try the cakes.... (I know I am a bad guy!!!)

You can see other things she is selling in her Cafe (everything is handmade by her)

The Baking Course costs 6000 Yen per Person (around 60 USD)

I think learning from a pro gives you such a learning curve that 60 USD for a 3 hour course is super fair. As far as I could tell all of her students were super satisfied and everybody was happy when they finally tried their cakes.. I love Japanese Cakes they are so delicious and elegant.
