Hi guys, today's weather was hot and humid at 30
degree celsius in my hometown. Our country is in monsoon season now and I ran 5km at easy pace in the neighbourhood near my plac and called it a day.
Now I am in the process of building up my endurance slowly by increasing the mileage each week.
