This is a chain fast food restaurant franchised to Malaysia and located in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. It originated from The Philippines and one of the favourite fast food chain just like the counterpart Jollie Bee. Previously this restaurant was in Imago Shopping Mall and just relocates to Citymall.
Being a burger lover, me and my colleagues droped by this restaurant for lunch. The layout of the restaurant was a typical fast food style with a mixture of casual dining experience. It is a self-service restaurant just like others. This restaurant separated smoking and non smoking dining area. The non smoking area was air-conditioned with some top 40 songs played. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Aside from burgers and buritto, they also serves taco as well.
I ordered beef burrito while the rest of my colleagues ordered beef and chicken burger accompanied by softdrinks. The taste of the burrito was authentic mexican taste and generous portion of beef. I added habanero chili sauce to add more spice to it. It served with salsa and thousand island condiments at the side. Suprisingly, they served habanero chili sauce because most of the restaurants only served tabasco but not habanero sauce. The price for my beef burrito was RM18 ( around USD 4.50) which was reasonable because McDonalds and Burger King will charged the same for their burgers.
My colleagues reviewed the beef burgers as tender and juicy, and the bun was just fresh from oven. The fried chicken burger was huge according to my friend, and he commented the taste was a bit strange which not like any other fried chicken burger. It had a mixture of sour and some weird spice. I think is the Mexican spice that they used as their recipe. The price for their set meal was RM22 (around USD 5.00).
Besides ala carte menu, they also have value meal which we shown in some of the pictures. My overall rating for this restaurant I give 4 stars which also agreed by my colleagues as well. I highly recommend this restaurant to all burger and burrito lovers in town. My next visit I will try the tacos.
