Saludos amigos de la comunidad, En este dia vengo a traerles un circuito muy inteso de cardio y piernas, En este caso estaremos trabajando 2 en 1 ya mientras hacemos los ejercicios de piernas hacemos cardio ya que los ejercicios son muy explosivos y continuos, Para asi ganar mas resistencia a la hora de hacer cualquier actividad deportiva. Este circuito lo hago una vez por semana y la verdad que me ah ayudado a mantenerme firme, Lo mas importante es que, Antesde realizar este circuito traten de estar en muy buenas condiciones fisicas. Tomen mucha agua despues de esto, Sin mas que decirles.😎... vamos!🏃💪.
