Ana Cristina was a very dedicated teacher who lived in a small town with her mother. Her father had left when she was just a child, so it was just the two of them. As she grew up, Ana Cristina became an excellent teacher and a great colleague at school. Dedicated to her work and very collaborative.
In addition to being a teacher, Ana Cristina was also a farmer. On a piece of land next to her mother's house, she grew lettuce to sell at the market every Sunday. Teaching and growing lettuce were her passion. However, something happened that would change the course of her life forever.
Without seeking it or proposing it, Ana Cristina recently met the love of her life, a great man who came to the town to work in the mines. They fell in love from the first moment. She recently married and decided to build a house on the land where she grew her lettuce and thus live their love to the fullest. Apparently, she didn't want to leave her mother alone, and that was the most viable solution. She sacrificed the lettuce for love.

Ana Cristina era una docente muy dedicada a su trabajo y vivía en un pequeño pueblito con su mamá. Su papá se había ido cuando ella apenas era una niña, así que solo eran ellas dos. A medida que creció, Ana Cristina se convirtió en una excelente docente y fue una gran colega en la escuela. Dedicada a su trabajo y muy colaboradora.
Además de docente Ana Cristina también era agricultora, ya que, en un terreno que tenían al lado de la casa de su mamá cultivaba lechugas para venderlas en el mercado todos los domingos. La docencia y sembrar lechugas era su pasión. Sin embargo, algo sucedió que cambiaria para siempre el rumbo de su vida.
Sin buscarlo ni proponérselo, hace poco, Ana Cristina conoció al amor de su vida, un gran hombres que llegó al pueblo a trabajar en las minas, se amaron desde el primer momento. Hace poco se casó y decidió construir una casa en el terreno donde cultivaba sus lechugas y así vivir su amor a plenitud. Al parecer no quería dejar a su mamá sola y esa fue la solución mas viable. Sacrificó la lechuga por amor.
