Here is an image of some steam rice cakes made the other day. Made from mainly rice flour, coconut milk, and sugar. There are some other ingredients such as tapioca starch, yeast, baking powder, and water to help raise the dough. And that's it. Some very simple ingredients with many variations of making it and we get this very sweet Vietnamese rice cake. It is a steamed cake and not baked.
