Tonight instead of my usual chicken liver with tomato and onions, I decided to deep friend them. Smother twice in egg wash and flour with added spices and onto some hot boiling oil. Next I sliced up an onion into thirds and sauteed it with some small mushrooms in butter for some added sides to the dish. Dinner is severed. Please enjoy.
