Saludos amigos de la comunidad OCD y SWC, Muy buenos d铆as hermanos atletas de esta comunidad, vengo a contarles sobre estos 煤ltimos d铆as de entrenamiento de combos con kley-sw. Las sesiones iniciaron con inicio con calentamiento de pino por 10 minutos. 脷ltimamente e estado ocupado con la universidad y mi trabajo as铆 q les hare el resumen de estos d铆as. Despu茅s de varios entrenamientos empec茅 a abandonar la straddle planche para solo enfocarme en la full planche, combinado con variaciones de front lever, al finalizar un dia en espec铆fico que fue muy productivo fui directo a alistarme para un tatuaje que ten铆a que hacer a un cliente, fue un gran d铆a para m铆, entrene como me gusta y trabaje de lo que me gusta

Greetings friends of the OCD Good morning fellow athletes of this community! I'm here to tell you about these last few days of combo training with Kley-Sw. The sessions started with a 10-minute handstand warm-up. I've been busy lately with university and work, so I'll give you a summary of these past few days. After several training sessions, I started to move away from the straddle planche and focus solely on the full planche, combined with front lever variations. At the end of one particularly productive day, I went straight to get ready for a tattoo I had to do for a client. It was a great day for me; I trained the way I like and worked doing what I love.
