Fish Mujair Green Sauce

Material:
2 mujair fish, clean, split 2 without interruption
1 pound of lime, take the water
¼ tsp salt
cooking oil

Ground spices:
5 pcs of onion
3 cloves of garlic
100g green chili
1 pound of red tomatoes
2 cm ginger
2 cm galangal
lime leaves
½ tsp pepper
¼ tsp salt

How to make:

1. Spread the mujair fish that have been cleaned with.
   lime juice and salt. Let stand for ten minutes.
2. Fried fish in oil that has been heated to dry and ripe.
   Lift and drain. Set aside.
3. Heat three tablespoons of leftover oil to fry the fish,
   saute the finely ground spices until fragrant. Enter
   the fried mujair fish, mix well. Remove and serve
   warm.
