احببت اليوم ان اشارك معكم مائدة عشاء امس مع عائلتي
كما تعرفون في شهر رمضان المعظم بعد صلاة العشاء تجتمع العائلة لتناول وجبة العشاء قبل الصحور
اعدت لنا امي اللحم بالبرقوق الذي يعتبر أكلة مغربية مشهورة تقدم غالبا في المناسبات
كما تلاحظون بالصورة قدمت لنا امي مجموعة من السلطات المهمة وًالغنية بالخضر نذكر على سبيل المتال سلطة زعلوك التي تحتوي على البادنجان الغني بالالياف
اضافة الى ذلك سلطة الطماطم و الخياز و الخس
بعد ذلك قمنا بشرب عصير الليمون
