Pronto se termina este mes y desde que comenzó el año no me había preparado smoothies así que en este presente siempre el ahora es una buena oportunidad para hacerlo.
Ingredientes:
seis fresas
un banano
frutos secos
¾ de taza de avena
y agua dependiendo de qué tan aguado o espeso se desea
muy sencillo y rápido.
