This week has flown by, it feels like it was just getting started, and yet here we are at the end. The funny thing is, even though it felt quite short, it was also more exhausting than usual. It’s been

Out of nowhere, I sometimes feel frustrated and like I’m going to lose my mind, lol. There are so many things happening at once that there are moments when I don’t even know where to start. Between work,

Today, I took a short break from my routine and went to a café with a friend. We had some sandwiches, tried a few desserts, and just sat and chatted for a while. Sometimes, between work, workouts, and

Lately, I’ve been working out at different gyms every now and then. There’s one where I’m a member, another where I’m a welcome guest and don’t pay, and others where I simply pay a day pass fee. Honestly,

Hi ladies. Lately I’ve been pretty out of the loop and rather sporadic. But that’s also because I’ve been making changes and improvements in my life. Sooo let’s get to this week’s question. Saludos ladies,

This week I had my day off plus an extra half-day, and strangely enough, I felt more tired afterward rather than rested. I went to the market, tidied up a bit, and took the opportunity to do some meal

I don’t know if I’m the only one, but this change in the weather is really throwing me for a loop. It’s already spring, yet we didn’t really have a winter this year; now we’re getting days with blazing

Every day, I feel a little closer to achieving a strict pull-up. This week, I’m working on progressions that focus specifically on the scapular region, because I’ve realized it’s not just about strength

Today I got back to lower-body training after quite a while, and I decided to start with a quad-focused routine. It felt pretty tough one of those sessions where you finish exhausted and questioning some

This week is off to a pretty good start. I received a pending payment, managed to get a few things done that I wanted to, and am getting back into a more consistent exercise routine. These are simple things,

It was a quiet day today. I woke up a bit late but got ready to attend church. I also found out that the church offers classes for new converts—classes that guests can attend as well. They talk a little

I only managed to work out twice this week, and both sessions focused on continuing to work toward my pull-ups. The other days have been packed with work, and I’ve been feeling very tired—though, to be

I took a little time for myself today to do something different after work and went to the movies to see Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City. I was quite curious about this new film and finally got

This week has flown by amidst pending tasks, work, and a long to-do list. I’ve also felt a bit unmotivated—one of those times when nothing serious has necessarily happened, but you simply don’t have the

I couldn't make it to the gym today, but that didn't mean I couldn't work out. I exercised at home, focusing this time on my upper body and specifically on continuing to work on the technique for my strict

I’ve been quite busy this week, and I’ve had practically no time to organize my blog or share my experiences. I’ve been coming straight home to sleep so I can get up and carry on with the next day’s routine.

Lately, I feel like my days are filled with little things that don't seem like much on their own, but when I put them all together, I find myself reflecting on everything I’m doing. Between work, the gym,

Since I’m now taking one of my goals for the year—being able to do pull-ups—much more seriously, every workout feels like a small step forward. I can already do one with momentum, but my goal is to achieve

I bought tofu because I wanted to try it and see if I liked it, but my first impression wasn't exactly great. It has a pretty neutral flavor, but the texture and mouthfeel struck me as a bit odd. To be
