Today I introduce my breakfast, something quite quick and with things that we all have in our houses.
We start by making a toast with the bread. I had this ciabatta bread, cut it into halves, buttered it, and browned it.
Hoy les introduzco mi desayuno, algo bastante rápido y con cosas que todos tenemos en nuestras casas.
Empezamos por hacer una tostada con el pan. Tenía este pan ciabatta, lo corte en mitades, le puse mantequilla y lo doré en mi sartén.
The next thing was to prepare some scrambled eggs.
Lo siguiente fue preparar unos huevos revueltos.
I took an avocado to make a cream, I just mashed it and put salt on it.
Tomé un aguacate para hacer una crema, solo lo aplasté y le puse sal.
Now I put all this on my toast, avocado, egg, tomato.
Ahora coloqué todo esto sobre mi tostada, aguacate, huevo, tomate.
Also optional I added a little cheese and sriracha on top.
También opcional le agregué un poco de queso y sriracha por encima.
