Well, on this weekend Ema and I will share an interesting cookie recipe for you to make at home. This snack is called a donut cookie, because this cookie has a shape similar to a donut with a topping. Well, the ingredients for making these cookie doughnuts are certainly not expensive and you can buy them at the nearest supermarket or market in your city. The first ingredients you have to prepare are wheat flour, powdered sugar, margarine, powdered milk, cornstarch, 1 egg yolk, chocolate bars, banana-flavored chocolate bars and various toppings such as sprinkles. After you have prepared all these ingredients, now let's start the first step.
The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a bowl and put 6 tablespoons of powdered sugar and 200 grams of margin. after that, stir the margarine and powdered sugar until well blended using a whisk only.
the second step, after the margarine and powdered sugar have been stirred until well blended, then all you have to do is put 1 egg into the dough. then, stir again until well blended using a whisk.
the third step, after the egg yolks have been stirred until well blended, then add 200 grams of flour, 180 grams of cornstarch, 1 sachet of milk powder. Then, stir again until the mixture is evenly mixed with a spatula only.
well, the result you can see in the photo above, the texture of the dough is really perfect and can be shaped as you like. if the dough is too soft you can add enough flour and if the dough is too hard you can add enough margarine. next, let's go to step four.
the fourth step, after you have succeeded in making cookie dough, the next thing you have to do is prepare a work mat and put the dough on the work mat. after that, flatten the dough using a rolling pin until it becomes flat like the photo above.
the fifth step, after you have successfully flattened the dough using a rolling pin, then all you have to do is prepare a medium and small round dough mold. then, mold the dough like a small donut. repeat until all the dough has been printed using the mold you have at home.
the sixth step, after the dough has been printed, then prepare a baking sheet and arrange the dough neatly like the photo above.
seventh step, after the dough has been arranged on a baking sheet, the next thing you have to prepare is the oven and preheat the oven for 10 minutes. after the oven is hot, enter the baking sheet and bake the dough at a temperature of 130 degrees Celsius, with fire up and down for about 25 minutes to 30 minutes depending on the oven you use.
the eighth step, while waiting for the dough to be baked, now all you have to do is prepare a large container and 2 small bowls. Then, put regular chocolate and banana flavored chocolate in each bowl. Then, put hot water in a large bowl and place the two bowls. into a container of hot water. Melt the two chocolates until they are completely brown.
the ninth step, after the banana chocolate and regular chocolate have melted perfectly, the next thing you have to do is dip the cookies into the banana chocolate or regular chocolate according to your wishes. Repeat until all cookies are finished dipping into banana chocolate or regular chocolate.
the last step, what you have to do in this last step is to prepare some toppings according to your wishes, then sprinkle sprinkles or other toppings that you have prepared. After that, let the cookies sit for about 10 minutes so that the chocolate sticks to the cookies more.
and finally, you can eat donut cookies with your family and friends. These chocolate cookies look like mini donuts and are also very cute.
