I can not help to go out to restaurant at the weekend to have a big meal, this is probably my addiction especially in the winter!
This weekend I hang out with my parents, we ate stew pot. We ordered a catfish stew pot which have not small bones. Accompanied by vegetables and then poured with sauce, after 15-20 minutes to cook, the meal was well done. Thick sauce got into the fish, very delicious. Just because the pot has been burning, the taste is getting more and more salty. So fish should be eaten as soon as possible, and then add water to put other plats.

一到周末就忍不住想下馆子吃顿好的，这大概是我在冬季戒不掉的瘾吧！
这周末难得带上父母一起去吃焖锅，我们点了江鱼焖锅，其实就是鲶鱼。鲶鱼肉嫩没有小骨头，很适合做焖锅，配上蔬菜，最后倒上酱汁。15-20分钟就焖好了，浓浓的酱汁融入鱼肉里，十分可口。只是因为锅子一直在烧，吃到后面，越来越咸。所以鱼肉要尽快吃掉，然后再加水涮配菜。
