I never follow recipes, I always make it up as I go along. Sometimes it's a complete failure and other times it's the best thing ever!... Tonight I tried a whole chicken (on sale at whole foods this week) with fresh blackberries (on sale this week as well), cilantro, mushrooms, and glazed in maple syrup! My toddlers and husband ate it up!
