Dinner
I got home from work and could smell something nice cooking in the oven. Someone had visited the shops earlier and picked up a roast pork. It has been a little while since we had a roast pork, a nice change. There was a small amount of fat on the outside, so I couldn't resist turning up the temperature too see how crispy I could get it. OK, what did it look like after it come out of the oven?
Out of the oven, but what does the inside look like?
Looks good to me.
Looks are a good indication on how it may taste but not always 100% accurate, however, given the aroma in the house I wasn't expecting anything other than a nice tasty piece of roast pork. This is exactly what I got, :) which after slicing up two pieces for the others and three for me meant that there wasn't any left. OK, so they weren't exactly thin slices.
