Dinner
Seeing as the little man has gone off the pasta it means that there is lots of left over pasta on the rare occasion that we do make it for dinner. Having left over pasta in the freezer can be handy for quick meals when coming home from work late. It also means that the left over pasta can stay in the freezer for a while.
Tonight's left over pasta was from early January, and there are still about five serves left of this particular dish. So at the rate it is being eaten I think we will have it in the freezer for a while yet. I think it is always tasty, especially with Tabasco sauce, and grated cheese all mixed in.
