Waiting for someone else to come and save you can be one of the worst mistakes. It leaves you in a bad position, of vulnerability and passivity. This does not mean that you can do everything by yourself, but it does mean that you have to take charge of your life.
It is better to do what we can with the tools we have, wait for a solution that depends on the other... and even more so when we cannot control their reactions.
Maybe what we can do today will not solve everything we need, but I promise you that it strengthens us more than the passivity of waiting for the other to solve for us.
It's about having full awareness.
Love does not live in big promises, it lives in daily consideration; in listening, in responding, in making decisions thinking about the other, in holding even the uncomfortable. Consistency: say little and always demonstrate. Our entanglements don't resolve themselves. But if we are aware, they become manageable.
I also think that making decisions becomes easier when we know where the entanglements are coming from. To think that many times these entanglements generate a lot of anxiety that screams for a life that wants to be lived, not repressed.
I've stopped fighting with my story and I'm trying to start integrating it into that. Because we are definitely not what happened to us, we are what we decided to rebuild today with those broken pieces, to understand our chaos, that's where our true strength begins.
Today I wish that every goal we set is full of purpose, for less lukewarm lives and more meaningful lives.
I usually go out for a walk, when I have chaos inside and I don't know what to do,... Do you know why I do it? Simply, because the monsters of my mind hate the fresh air, the smell of the sea, the colors of sunrise, sunset, in short the colors of nature, the subtle and sublime sound of the rain.
The truth dwells in the heart of the wise and real love lives in the simple and everyday.

I used to call her my little butterfly without wings, and a lot of butterflies come there. There are almost no flowers right now because we sent the garden to be pruned yesterday...
