Today I want to share a work experience that I had the honor to carry out for about 10 years as a family, business, and corporate risk and protection consultant in a local insurance company.

It was a long road lived alongside people of human quality and professional ethics... at that time and I still express it, it is about loving what you do and living it with a passion to attract what is equal to you.... as I always tell the people that make up my work team "if you fill your glass with good things, you call good things"... I would say that the soul is reflected in your good deeds.

This was an achievement that did not come alone... my example to follow in the business was the beginning of that process that does not stop when the work is tenacious, productive, and of quality"Insured assets has always been and is my motto. There are engines in life that should not stop to build or position your footprint, and although it may be hard to discover it, Yes We Can.

What happens in your environment changes if you change first, and this applies in any field, without forgetting God as a guide at all times. I fulfilled a duty that is shown as an intelligent option for family and asset protection that also responded in a planned and solid way to the needs of those who trusted me as a consultant ... this is understood as a philosophy of life to generate welfare and tranquility ... precisely why I love what I do innovate every day in my style of approach and sanctify the work as the plus that is attached to my resume.

In full right and duty to achieve expected results

I just want to honor time as my best ally; that moment allowed me to enjoy one of my many life goals, I started a path that I feel would be of great teachings and achievements ... a recount in images recorded in my memory of an experience of one who works with faith and passion what he lives ... for many it was something common, but for me, it was unforgettable because growing in wisdom and get growth from the BEING is priceless, because I like what I did in that decade of 1980-1990.

Furthermore, I did this work in the golden age in my country, when I was also a professor at the local university in my city. So the portfolio of potential clients as a consultant for this insurance grew among my co-workers and companies in the area.

Those were other times that under any context to alleviate the challenging situation that was being faced, even when the environment became difficult through a design, everything was tailored to the economic and financial needs of the client and advised them in the best way to lighten the load.

I never left, nor have I ever left aside my foresight, I believe that this at least minimizes the financial collapse when it came to health, life and property for that time, we sought to avoid consequences in the levels of stress and emotional intelligence of all policyholders.

Change, honor, and glory

I liked what I did as a risk consultant. With this post I recall the passions for what I took as a job, fulfilling the goals of the company I represented and honoring my word in positive actions that safeguard all to live well in the here and now.

In my day-to-day life, as a philosophy of life for productive and quality work, I achieved from myself what I did not even expect at that stage of my work. Significant learning for my later experiences... Those that were added later.

I am still focused on my goals as a professional, as a human being, and in the different roles, I have to fulfill. Flowing at work means that even if I do not like the experience, if I am already there, I try to make the most of it in favor of my personal and professional growth and development, for the benefit of all.

Everything has changed, a virus has arrived with its variants that have made us protect ourselves with or without vaccines, moreover, cyber thefts and hacks have increased in security systems, endangering the heritage that has been built with effort, impacting absolutely everything.

Hoy deseo compartir una experiencia de trabajo que tuve el honor de llevar adelante por unos 10 años aproximadamente como consultora de protección y riesgos familiar, empresarial, corporativo en un seguro de la localidad.

Fue un largo camino vivido junto a personas de calidad humana y ética profesional... en ese entonces y aun lo expreso, se trata de amar lo que haces y vivirlo con pasión para atraer lo que es igual a ti... como siempre le digo a la gente que conforma mi equipo de trabajo “si llenas tu vaso de cosas buenas, pues llamas cosas buenas”... diría que el alma se refleja en tus buenas acciones.

Esto fue un logro que no vino solo... mi ejemplo a seguir en el negocio fue un inicio de ese proceso que no se detiene cuando el trabajo es tesonero, productivo y de calidad” siempre fue y es mi lema. Hay motores en la vida que no deben detenerse para edificar o posicionar tu huella en el andar y aunque quizás cueste descubrirlo, Si Se Puede.

Lo que ocurre en tu entorno cambia si tú cambias primero y esto aplica en cualquier ámbito, sin olvidar a Dios como guía en todo momento!. Cumplí con un deber que se muestra como una opción inteligente para la protección familiar y patrimonial que además respondía de una forma planificada y sólida a las necesidades de quienes confiaron en mi persona como consultora... esto se entiende como filosofía de vida para generar bienestar y tranquilidad... precisamente por ello amo lo que hago innovar cada día en mi estilo de abordar y santificar el trabajo como el plus que se anexa en mi hoja de vida laboral.

En pleno derecho y deber de lograr resultados esperados

Solo quiero honrar al tiempo mi mejor aliado; aquel momento me permitió gozarme uno de mis tantos objetivos de vida, empecé un camino que a mí sentir seria de grandes enseñanzas y logros... un recuento en imágenes grabadas en mi memoria de una experiencia de quien trabaja con fe y pasión lo que vive... para muchos era algo común, pero para mí fue inolvidable porque crecer en sabiduría y obtener crecimiento desde el SER no tiene precio, porque me gusta lo que hice en esa década de 1980-1990.

Este trabajo lo desempeñaba en la época dorada en mi país, cuando paralelamente también era profesora en la universidad local en mi ciudad. Así que la cartera de potenciales clientes como consultora para este seguro crecía entre mis compañeros de trabajo y las empresas de la zona.

Eran otros tiempos que bajo cualquier contexto paliar la situación desafiante que se estuviese enfrentando, aun cuando el ambiente se tornara difícil a través de un diseño, todo se hacía a la medida económica, financiera del cliente y les asesoraba de la mejor manera para aligerar la carga.

Jamás dejé, ni he dejado de lado mi pensamiento previsivo, creo que eso al menos minimiza el desplome financiero cuando de salud, vida y patrimoniales para esa época se trataba, se buscaba evitar consecuencias en los niveles de estrés e inteligencia emocional de todos los asegurados.

Cambios, honor y gloria

Me gustaba lo que hacía como consultora de riesgos. Con este post rememoro las pasiones por aquello que tome como trabajo, cumpliendo con las metas de la empresa que yo representaba y honrando mi palabra en acciones positivas en el resguardo de todos para vivir bien el aquí y el ahora.

En mi día a día, como filosofía de vida para el trabajo productivo y de calidad, logre de mí lo que ni yo misma esperaba en esa etapa laboral. Aprendizaje significativo para mis posteriores experiencias… Las que fueron sumaron después.

Aún sigo enfocada en mis metas como profesional, ser humano y en los diversos roles que debo cumplir. Fluir laboralmente significa que aunque no me agrade la experiencia, si ya estoy ahí, trato de sacar el máximo provecho en favor de mi crecimiento y desarrollo personal, profesional, en beneficio de todos.

Todo ha cambiado, llego un virus con sus variantes que han hecho que nos protejamos con o sin vacunas, es más, los robos y hackeos cibernéticos han aumentado en los sistemas de seguridad, poniendo en peligro el patrimonio que se ha construido con esfuerzo, impactando absolutamente todo.
