Learn everything you want. Without the experience nothing remains. Did you know that civilizations do not change according to a fixed calendar? However, history shows that every technological, cultural or social revolution transforms the way we live, think and relate.
The human capacity to adapt, learn and unlearn allows us to respond to new challenges, develop skills and find opportunities where we previously saw threats.
Because evolving does not mean losing our essence, but learning to express it in new ways. Change is not always a choice, but learning to evolve can be.
The mind will take care of fooling you with the whole bank of great memory.
I remember a long time ago when I jumped in a parachute, I also remember when we were shipwrecked on a ride that almost cost me my life. I remember when I saw a whale in front of me. And I also remember all the actions I have been able to take once I discovered myself being a know-it-all and without practicing. What happened the day I stopped wanting to be the best to start enjoying being myself?
I discovered that excellence does not need to compete. That I can have goals, ambition and give my best without living trying to surpass others.Because chasing other people's standards is exhausting. We will never be enough for everyone, and learning to live with that is also freedom. Mastery emerges when we stop compulsively competing and start enjoying who we are, what we do and what we contribute...
Sometimes we still judge ourselves by what we did or what we didn't know how to do. Looking at our history with understanding allows us to recognize what we learned then and how it influences our decisions today.
Change is part of our evolution.
The reality of change is like a theater, because we are, at the same time, the screenwriter, the producer and the actor.
The people who are part of our life are also playing their roles. We are not only watching our life unfold, we are also projecting a reality and then reacting to it as if someone else had created it. In fact, maturity is not given by knowledge, but by emotional responsibility, self-awareness and the way we apply our experiences. A person can accumulate an immense amount of data, academic degrees or technical information, and still react with a great void of maturity to everyday conflicts.
Therefore, we cannot change what we have lived, but we can change the way we relate to it...
I think that transformation comes when we make good things happen to us, for this, the importance of taking care of the quality of thoughts that we decided to keep in our mind. This emotional exercise is perfect for me at this moment that together with my friend Jannet we decided to do together in order to encourage thoughts of success and well-being to consciously see the changes we had doing that. What part of your story could you start to look at with more understanding?
