Sometimes the real risk is not trying something new and making a mistake.
Sometimes the real risk is getting so used to a life we no longer want, that we end up believing that was the only one we could have.
Of course, the shadow is everything that we do not want to see about ourselves, it can be both the most wonderful and the most degrading thing about you, and when you recognize it, it becomes a very powerful resource in your life, only then can you regain the power of yourself.
I think that one can go on for years saying that one is tired of something... and at the same time keep doing exactly what is necessary so that nothing changes.
Everything was born of a disagreement that I could no longer ignore. It wasn't born because I had a perfect strategy, or because I knew exactly how far I could go.
It was born because there was a moment when I understood that to keep saying: I want something else, while doing exactly the same thing every day was already ridiculous. I think that happens to us more than we want to admit.
We complain about a relationship, a job, a routine, a version of ourselves that no longer represents us... but we keep waiting for something external to come and move us.
And many times he does not come nada.No the perfect signal arrives. Absolute security does not appear.
Life is not magically organized so that changing is comfortable.
There is a moment when it is simply time to decide if one is going to continue complaining and living dissatisfied or if one is going to start doing something different with that dissatisfaction.
For me, after I reached my sixth decade of life, it all started there. The moment I stopped wondering so much if it was going to work and started wondering how much longer I was willing to stay the same. Sometimes the greatest maturity is not to pretend that nothing happened, but to look back, recognize what burned and understand that what was worth it was the purity of your delivery, not the destination.
I realized that it is enough for me with little. With the people who approach, that week, live a little better than they lived before. Maybe they will sleep more peacefully or be encouraged to say what they didn't say.
That "a little better" sustained over time is what people then call transformation.
If I can help someone to live a little better than they lived before, that's what I'm satisfied with. We have to stop living in eternal self-demanding examination and realize that it is enough for us with little and stop fighting with those ghosts of the future️️
Is there something in your life that you've been complaining about for too long but haven't started to change yet?
I share this cover photo... when my day starts like this, you know something beautiful is about to unfold. ☀️
