Demanding, demanding affection is something that I have never seen come out well. Fighting with someone or pressuring them to love you doesn't work, because bonds don't work that way. Even if the other person gave you something of what you ask for, it will taste like a crumb that you probably won't be satisfied with.

However, this does not mean that things work in a 1-to-1 way and that the other person does not love you because he does not give you what you ask, suddenly that person does not know or can manifest it in the way you expect. And this brings you back to a place of personal responsibility.Would you stay with someone who loves you but doesn't express it to you the way you want? There it's time to take stock, because there are multiple ways to receive and understand love. In any case, it is our choice. It is a fight that is not about a fact, a plan, or a task, it is a conflict of dignity.

That is, it's about whether we are treated as someone valuable or as someone disposable, and these thoughts are released in our head... "i'm sure he got upset with me" and you're already apologizing. He tells you "this is going to go wrong" and you've already canceled. Your brain convinces you with "something bad is going to happen" and you have already taken it for granted.

We live obeying a voice that is much more wrong than it is right, and I even tell you that we have to learn to manage our head, that is, our thoughts, so as you will see, we are all in this one.

‎Most of us have betrayed ourselves by looks of approval. From whom? Of bitter, disconnected people, who are trying to fit into social conventions and withering in life.

And when they see someone who dares to be authentic, they can't stand it. Personally, the conflict of dignity, I solve it by getting up every morning motivated, and going to sleep every night grateful. Dignity must be trained every day, because nothing is free. Being faithful and worthy to oneself is the most important thing. Everything else is a consequence of it.

It's better to walk through life in the direction of what we love... than running away from what we fear. Sometimes it looks the same, because we are running, but it is different to go after the valuable thing than to run away from something that causes us discomfort. In the first case we have direction, in the other we do not know where we are going, only where we do not want to be.

What I can assure you without fear of making a mistake is that a claim does not sow or magically make appear what was not there before…

Just stopping by to wish you a great end of the day with a wonderful sunrise, which I share on the cover of my post in the land of the beloved sun with a reddish sky that serves as a frame to the intense heat, typical of this season.
