It's what we let in, in a time of shallow thinking we believe that everything is the “law of attraction”, that everything goes through some strange form of magic without realizing that it's more about our decisions than about the smell of incense.

The problem starts with the wrong questions How to stop attracting X thing? Why do I always get people like that? Since for sure it does not always depend on us what comes into our life, in fact it is quite difficult to control it. Inconveniences do not arise when someone unsuitable comes into our life, it all starts when we give him access and that's where the heart of the matter comes. Something or someone becomes problematic when you give them access, when you pay attention to them believing that they will be different or without realizing the impact they can have.

When we realize that more than blaming the universe for our bad luck, it's about recognizing that only what we allow enters our life... then things change, because that's when we can start to sharpen our gaze.

What led me to allow this to happen? Why didn't I choose something else? What happened that I didn't realize? These questions are usually much more constructive. And yet, they have their exceptions.

People with mental disorders can lie, disguise their true intentions and deceive us. Without it being “our fault". But, as I always say, beyond the guilt, it's still up to us to see what we do with it. Sometimes we see someone reacting in a way that seems exaggerated to us and we quickly draw the conclusion: ”This one is making a drama."

‎What if it turns out that we are missing a piece of history to understand it? Because you put together complete movies with two pieces of information and even fight from there, convinced that you know them all. Let's not get distracted by judgments, let's focus our gaze on our evolution. Dreams can come true, if, we have the courage to create them with enthusiasm and passion. I don't mean to say that we should “sweeten” things and not say what is wrong. It is rather about understanding that when saying certain things there is often more than honesty, sometimes someone is simply upset and wants to make it noticed. In others you even have the desire for the other to feel bad, but we are already on a terrain that is not that of “the truth”.

When facing human conflicts we must remember that it matters not only what I want to say, but how I say it. When we release a "truth” without measuring its impact, without becoming aware of what we can generate, we are part of the problem. Look, I know people who have worked very hard to give a good life to their family, but when they finally have time to share with her, their children have grown up, their parents have aged and the couple's relationship has been waiting for attention for years.

If, having meditated or filtered things, maybe the other has things to process is his business. But let's not say the first thing that comes to our mind thinking that by doing so we are only being honest.
