Pakistani Macaroni: Trying a HIVE Recipe

Hive newcomer @mishkatfatima shared a recipe for macaroni, and I decided to give it a try. I had to make a few substitutions and estimations, but I think I got pretty close anyway. I didn't have any green or red chilis, but I did have a habanero. I also probably did a few things in the wrong order while I was juggling other stuff. It tastes great regardless.
